If you are dissatisfied with the Site/App or with the Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.

12. Complaint procedures

The Site/App is controlled and operated from Brazil. SOS Animal Help makes no representation that the content is appropriate for use in other locations. Access from territories where the content is illegal is prohibited.
SOS Animal Help's failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right in the future. Section headings are for reference only. No third party is considered a beneficiary of these Terms.
16. Donations
Donations made through this platform are governed by our Donation Policy. Donations are voluntary, processed via PayPal, and do not create any contractual obligation for SOS Animal Help beyond using the funds for the stated purposes.
