SOS Animal Help (EIN 41-4770760 · Brazilian Tax ID / CNPJ 63.153.881/0001-09) is a legally registered nonprofit organization, responsible for receiving and managing donations for the Kyle Rescuer campaign. All donations are recorded and applied to the animal-protection activities described below, with no administrative fees withheld from the amount received.
2. How donations are used
- Food: kibble, supplements and special food for animals in recovery
- Veterinary care: check-ups, exams, surgeries, medication and treatment
- Shelter infrastructure: maintenance, hygiene and facility improvements
- Spay/neuter and population control: preventing abandonment
- Rescues: transport and first aid in the field

Donations are voluntary and, as a general rule, are non-refundable once processed. That said, we review refund requests in cases of:
